Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
